Since 1977, Superior Restoration Services has run the most sophisticated and technologically advanced restoration company in Northern Arizona. Our technicians are trained and certified by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IICRC). We are a certified firm with the IICRC, and hold many professional licenses and memberships both nationally and locally.
IICRC certifications held by our managers and technicians include: Carpet Cleaning, Odor Control, Mold Remediation Technician, Mold Remediation Supervisor, Fire/Smoke Remediation, Carpet Repair and Reinstallation, and Applied Structural Drying,. Certifications from other organizations include: OSHA safety (lock-out/tag-out), Amdecon safety, Amdecon biohazard remediation, Thermal Imaging Technician (Thermography Technician) and many others.

Jay and Marla Tubbs have both lived in Flagstaff for over 30 years. They have owned and ran, together, multiple local businesses. They purchased Superior Restoration Services in 2005 and have not looked back. They have grown the already established restoration company into the thriving company it is today.
Jay has been in the construction industry since he was a young man, working alongside his dad until the new home construction declined and the opportunity arose to purchase Superior Restoration Services. This knowledge has proven to be a great asset to the restoration side of this business. Jay along with the amazing employees of Superior Restoration Services keep things running smoothly. Marla works more behind the scenes taking care of duties around the office while still trying to run a household and take care of her family.
When not working Jay, Marla and their daughters, Jayla and Kayleen enjoy spending time together camping, bowling and traveling.
HABIB ACEVAL
Lead Technician
Habib has lived in Flagstaff since 2002. He began working for Superior Restoration Services in 2007, he was hired to do drywall and painting. Since then he has broadened his skills and is extremely knowledgeable in water damage remediation and is our go to guy for mold remediation. His talents in construction are a major asset to Superior Restoration Services, due to reconstruction being a huge part of our business. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family.
NICK SANCHEZ
Lead Carpet Technician
Nick has lived in Flagstaff since 2011. He has worked in the carpet cleaning industry since 2010. He started his career with Superior Restoration Services in 2015. He has helped to grow our carpet cleaning division with his knowledge, expertise and great customer service. He is also learning more about water damage, mold remediation and other aspects of the industry. Nick has been a great asset to the company. In his free time, he enjoys playing basketball, video games and hiking.
